Description: LUSTER REALITY EMULSION is a premium quality water-borne decorative paint with a matt finish.
Area of use: It is ideal for all interior/exterior walls and ceilings.
Substrates: The product can be applied over a range of substrates
including smooth concrete, cement rendering, masonry, gypsum, dry lining board, wood, and previously painted substrates.

Characteristics:
It is composed of an emulsion binder based on the
development of a terpolymer resin using new technology, carefully selected light-fast pigments and incorporating biocides to protect against unsightly mould growth in humid conditions thus giving a long lasting finish.
The product’s characteristics include:
- Excellent adhesion to virgin wall as well as painted wall.
- Very good weathering resistance.
- Non-fading.
- Resistance against algal and fungal growth.
- Ease of application.
- Fast drying.
- Easily recoat able.
- High opacity

More than fifty different colours including white, pastel and deep shades are available. Check LUSTER Colour chart. The product can also be provided in customized shades.
Theoretical spreading rate: 10 – 12 m2 / litres at two coats of finished work.

Application Details:
Surface Preparation: Surface to be painted must be stable, clean, dry and firm.
Remove dirt, oil and greasy materials, dust, all loose and flaky parts, old and weak paint film and any other surface contaminants by suitable mechanical and or chemical means. Old gloss paint must be fully flattened using abrasive paper.
Paint application: Apply two coats of LUSTER REALITY EMULSION paint by brush or roller to the substrate or wall allowing between 30 minutes to 1-hour interval between coats. For absorbent surfaces, thin the paint appropriately with clean water for the first coat. Then use the product as supplied for subsequent coats.
Flash point:
Non-flammable
Drying time: 2 – 3 hours
Overcoating time: 3 hour @ 25oC
Application method: Brush, Roller.
Thinner: Fresh water
Cleaning of tools: Clean immediately after use with Fresh water.
Packaging: 4 liters and 20 liters plastic container Storage:Store in cool, dry conditions. Containers that are opened should
be used as quickly as possible must and if not used must be
carefully resealed and kept upright to prevent leakage.
Dispose off all used cans according to local and state
applicable regulations.
Safety Instructions: Handle with care. Before and during use, consult the product
safety data sheet and follow all the safety regulations. Avoid inhalation, avoid contact with skin and eyes, and do not swallow. Apply only in well ventilated areas.
