Description: LUSTER Stabilizing Solution is a water-borne, ready mixed liquid providing a good backing for decorative finish. It is designed for tropical weather conditions.
Area of use: It is recommended for both interior and exterior of buildings. It is suitable for chalking and dusty surfaces.
Substrates: Concrete (including lightweight concrete), cement rendering,
Asbestos cement panels, masonry, gypsum finish plaster, plaster board and wood. (CHALKING SURFACES).

Characteristics:
LUSTER Stabilizing Solution is a good backing for all water based decorative paint. It is based on emulsion of a high grade carefully selected to give a long lasting coating.
The product’s characteristics include:
- excellent adhesion to virgin wall as well as painted wall

Specific gravity 1.00 – 1.10 g/cm3
Theoretical spreading rate: 14 m2 / liters at 25 microns. depending on the absorbency of the substrate.*
Finish: Semi Flat
Colour range:More than fifty different colours including white, pastel and
deep shades are available. Check LUSTER Colour chart. The product can also be provided in customized shades.

Application Details:
Surface Preparation: Remove dirt, oil and greasy materials, all loose and flaky parts, old, weak paint film, and any other surface contaminants by suitable mechanical and or chemical means.
Paint application: Apply one coat of LUSTER Stabilizing Solution by brush or slow pressure airless spay on wall.
Flash point: Non-flammable
Drying time: 2 – 3 hours
Over coating time: 3 hour @ 25oC.
Application method: Brush / Spray.
Cleaning of tools: Clean immediately after use with Fresh water.
Packaging: 20-liters or 4-liters plastic container
Storage: Store in cool, dry conditions. Containers that are opened must
be carefully resealed and kept upright to prevent leakage.
Disposal: Dispose off all used cans according to local and state applicable regulations.
Safety Instructions: Handle with care. Before and during use, consult the product
Safety data sheet and follow all the safety regulations. Avoid inhalation, avoid contact with skin and eyes, and do not swallow. Apply only in well ventilated areas.
