Description: LUSTER Sterilizing Solution is a water-borne, high-grade Antifungal solution designed to prevent fungal growth.
Area of use: It is recommended for exterior of buildings. It is suitable for killing spores on building structures exposed to industrial atmospheric pollutions and in coastal/salty conditions.
Substrates: Concrete (including lightweight concrete), cement rendering,
Asbestos cement panels, masonry, gypsum finish plaster, plaster board and previously painted surfaces.

LUSTER Sterilizing Solution is designed to kill moulds, algae, and other organic growths on exterior walls.
Physical constants:
Specific gravity 1.00 – 1.10 g/cm3
Theoretical spreading rate: 126 m2 / 4.5 liters at 1 coat.
* A practical spreading rate will depend on the nature of the substrate and the relevant conversion factor.
Application Details:
Surface Preparation:Remove dirt, oil and greasy materials, dust, all loose and flaky parts, old and weak paint film and any other surface contaminants by suitable mechanical or chemical means
Paint application: Apply liberally by brush to the dry surface.
Flash point: Non-flammable.
Drying time: Leave for 24 hours.
Application method: Brush.
Cleaning of tools: Clean immediately after use with Fresh water.
Packaging: 20-liters or 4-liters plastic container.
Storage: Store in cool, dry conditions. Containers that are opened must
be carefully resealed and kept upright to prevent leakage.
Disposal: Dispose off all used cans according to local and state
applicable regulations.
Safety Instructions: Handle with care. Before and during use, consult the product Safety data sheet and follow all the safety regulations. Avoid inhalation, avoid contact with skin and eyes, and do not swallow. Apply only in well ventilated areas.
